Location: Lewisham, South East London
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: 100 - 120 per day
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-time, Temp to Perm

About the Role:

  • Support the learning and development of children aged 3 to 5 within the EYFS framework

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils, including those with additional needs

  • Help to manage classroom routines, behaviour, and create a safe and nurturing learning environment

  • Monitor and record pupil progress in line with EYFS assessment guidelines



Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Studies, Education, Psychology, or a related field is desirable

  • Experience working with young children in a school, nursery or childcare setting is preferred

  • A patient, enthusiastic, and flexible approach

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting children's early development

  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
