Long:Term EYFS Teaching Assistant Opportunity: Make a Lasting Impact Do you have a passion for early years education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young children? A thriving primary school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their supportive EYFS team on a long:term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to:

In This Role, You Will

• Create engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS children, fostering a love of learning through exploration, creativity, and active participation.
• Provide individual and small group support to ensure every child is actively engaged and making good progress.
• Observe and assess childrens development providing feedback to the teacher and contributing to their individual learning plans.
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel safe, supported, and valued.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about Early Years Education: A genuine love for working with young children and a deep understanding of their developmental needs.
• Strong Planning and Preparation Skills: Experience in developing engaging and age:appropriate learning activities.
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with teachers, other support staff, and parents.
• Creative and Enthusiastic: A positive and energetic approach to teaching, with the ability to bring learning to life.
• Committed to Inclusion: Understanding and experience in supporting children with diverse needs.
