Job summary

Remedy Education is recruiting an EYFS Teaching Assistant for a vibrant primary school in Barking Riverside. You will join on a full-time, long-term basis, supporting children in Reception, including those with SEN, to read, write, and socialise.

You will work 1:1 and in groups, contribute to inspiring lessons, and benefit from outstanding CPD and shadowing opportunities with therapists and SENCOs. Salary ranges from 100 to 120 per day with an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children in Reception.
• Ability to support reading, writing and communication.
• Ability to work with children with additional needs.

Responsibilities

• Support children to read, write, communicate and socialise.
• Engage actively with pupils and facilitate creative lessons.
• Work 1:1 and in small groups with children with additional needs.
• Participate in CPD opportunities related to SEN.
