We're currently on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join the wonderful world of early years education.

Your Role as an EYFS Teaching Assistant:

1. Support children as they begin their journey with reading, writing, speaking, and social skills
2. Be actively involved in imaginative play, creative activities, and interactive lessons
3. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners
4. Celebrate those magical "Eureka!" moments that make early years education so rewarding
5. Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families to support every child's development

Requirements:

• Experience in an EYFS setting is essential
• A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable (but not required)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and key development milestones
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a positive, proactive approach
• A current DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
• Confidence to work across multiple school settings when needed
