Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver EYFS learning activities for individuals and groups, adapting to children's needs.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate learning with teachers, monitoring and recording progress.
• Provide targeted support to pupils with additional needs.
• Promote wellbeing, independence and positive behaviour, including personal care where needed.
• Build relationships with families, colleagues and external professionals to support development and achievement.
