Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant for a long-term, full-time position in Bolton (BL7).

The role focuses on supporting learning, development, and wellbeing within an Early Years setting, with play-based approaches and close collaboration with the EYFS team and class teacher. The ideal candidate will have strong EYFS knowledge, Level 3 qualification (desirable), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in EYFS setting is essential.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and play-based learning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A patient, caring and proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Support children across the EYFS setting throughout the school day.
• Deliver and enhance high-quality continuous provision opportunities.
• Encourage learning through play, exploration and child-led activities.
• Support children's communication, social, emotional and academic development.
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team.
• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups and during whole-class activities.
