Position: EYFS Teaching Assistant (Long-Term Supply)
Location: Enfield, North London
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-Term Supply
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: £85–£95 per day (PAYE – Weekly Pay)

Protocol Education is working closely with a large, welcoming primary school in Enfield to recruit a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant for a long-term supply role starting this September.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting a Reception or Nursery class with daily routines and learning activities
  • Encouraging independence and helping children feel settled and safe
  • Assisting with phonics, storytelling, and play-based learning tasks
  • Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed
  • Working closely with teachers and the wider early years team

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience working with young children (EYFS or Nursery setting preferred)
  • Brings warmth, patience, and a nurturing presence to the classroom
  • Understands the EYFS framework and how children learn through play
  • Is reliable, flexible, and confident supporting children with a range of needs
  • Enjoys being part of a collaborative and caring team
