Willowdown Primary School in Bridgwater is seeking an enthusiastic EYFS/Teaching Assistant Apprentice to join our team. You will engage pupils of all abilities to reach their full potential under the guidance of the SENCo and help deliver an innovative curriculum in a warm, inclusive environment.

You will be part of a supportive team committed to helping every child succeed, with a strong focus on collaboration, well-being, and professional development within the Futura Learning Partnership.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade C or above.
• Demonstrated ability to support early years development.

Role information:

• This is a fixed term apprenticeship contract, until April 2028
• Start date: 16/11/2026 (or sooner)
• Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm, which includes 1 day at college
