About Early Years Ltd. in Salford is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join the Pre-School room. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, supporting children under 3 with EYFS activities in a nurturing setting.

You will work with school staff to provide care, observe progress, and maintain records while upholding safeguarding and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent).
• Experience in the EYFS, particularly with children under 3.
• Passion for supporting children's early development and helping them reach key milestones.
• Strong communication with children, parents and colleagues.
• Proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Thorough understanding of safeguarding and child development.

Responsibilities

• Support the EYFS curriculum with engaging and age-appropriate activities.
• Create a nurturing, welcoming, and safe environment where children can build confidence and independence.
• Assist with day-to-day routines, including meal times, personal care, and outdoor activities.

Location: Salford
Contract: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £95 - £100 PAYE per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

As a Early Years Teaching Assistant in the Pre-School room, you will play a vital role in the early development of young learners, helping to lay the foundation for their educational journey. Working full-time, Monday to Friday, you will provide exceptional care and support to children under 3, ensuring a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment.
