GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate EYFS Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a nurturing primary school in Poole. This full-time role begins in September 2025 and offers the chance to support a young pupil on a 1:1 basis, helping them thrive in their learning journey.

About the Role

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant (TA), you’ll be working closely with a pupil who has speech and language difficulties, providing tailored support to help them access the curriculum and develop key communication skills. Your role will be essential in fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the pupil’s individual learning needs through structured activities and interventions.
• Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategies.
• Encouraging social interaction and language development in a nurturing manner.
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Contributing to a warm and welcoming EYFS setting.
