Are you a passionate, nurturing, and enthusiastic individual with a love for supporting Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) learners? Milk Education are currently seeking dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistants to join our thriving supply team, working across a variety of welcoming and inclusive early years settings in the Altrincham area in Manchester.

About the role:

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support children aged 3-5 in their early development across key learning areas.
  • Assist the class teacher with planning, preparation, and engaging activities.
  • Encourage learning through play, creativity, and positive reinforcement.
  • Provide personal care and promote a safe, supportive environment.
  • Adapt to different classroom settings and build positive relationships quickly.

We're looking for:

  • Previous experience working with EYFS children (nursery or school-based).
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience (e.g., Level 2/3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistant Certificate).
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one through us).
