Are you passionate about early years education and ready to make a lasting impact on young learners?

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a primary school based in Macclesfield who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join from September 2025.

The school prides itself on fostering a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child can thrive and develop a love for learning. They believe in supporting the holistic development of each pupil through a creative, play-based curriculum tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.

This is a great opportunity for an ECT looking to start their teaching career or an experienced teacher looking for a new and exciting change.

The Role:
As our EYFS Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that meet the needs of all children
  • Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that promotes curiosity and confidence
  • Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each child’s learning journey
  • Use observational assessments to track progress and tailor teaching accordingly
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and its community

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent degree
  • Experience teaching within the EYFS framework (including teacher training placements)
  • A passion for early years education and child development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
