Job Title: EYFS Teacher
Location:
Horncastle and surrounding areas
Salary: £130 - £180 per day (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Are you an inspiring EYFS Teacher ready to spark young imaginations?

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and creative Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher (EYFS) to join a EYFS setting in Horncastle and surrounding areas that values early years education and encourages exploration, curiosity, and development through play and structured learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver well-planned, stimulating lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports the holistic development of young learners.
  • Observe and assess children s progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and parents to meet the individual needs of pupils.
  • Promote positive behaviour and social development through effective classroom management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Proven experience teaching in an EYFS setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • A flexible, enthusiastic approach and the ability to quickly adapt to new environments.
  • An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
