Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

Contract: Full-Time, fixed term 1 year

A well-regarded primary school in the Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their experienced and supportive team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years foundation stage teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school community committed to giving every child the best start to their education.

The school is known for its nurturing ethos and strong focus on child-centred learning. It offers a vibrant and engaging Early Years environment, where curiosity is encouraged and learning through play is at the heart of the curriculum. The successful candidate will play a key role in continuing to raise standards and ensure that each child is supported to develop socially, emotionally, and academically.

The ideal candidate will:
  1. Be a passionate and creative EYFS practitioner with a deep understanding of the Early Years Framework
  2. Have high expectations for all children and a belief in every child's potential
  3. Be committed to creating an inclusive, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive
  4. Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
  5. Demonstrate a reflective approach and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
  6. Be an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to begin their journey in a supportive school setting
The school offers:
  1. A welcoming and inclusive environment with a strong team spirit
  2. A well-resourced Early Years setting with excellent outdoor learning spaces
  3. High-quality professional development and support for career progression
  4. A leadership team committed to staff wellbeing and work-life balance
  5. Opportunities to contribute to whole-school initiatives and innovation in early education
  6. Convenient transport links and a location within a diverse, culturally rich area of London

Visits to the school are warmly encouraged and can be arranged by the agency. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a forward-thinking school where the early years are truly valued, and where staff are supported to make a real impact in children's lives.
