EYFS TEACHER - Full Time Hillingdon, West London

Contract: Full Time, Long-Term
Duration: October 2025 - July 2026
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
Pay Scale: M1 (37,870) to M6 (50,474) - depending on experience
Location: Hillingdon, West London

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher with a passion for inspiring young learners? A welcoming and inclusive, three-form entry primary school in Hillingdon is seeking a dynamic EYFS Teacher to join their team for a full-time, long-term role starting September 2025 until July 2026. The school were graded Good in their most recent OFSTED inspection, with outstanding features across leadership & management, as well as in the quality of education. The school continues to deliver personal development opportunities as well as upholding their previous 'Good' inspection.

Responsibilities
  • Full class teaching responsibility in Nursery or Reception (final year group to be confirmed)
  • Approximately 23-25 pupils in the class
  • Supporting 5 key workers
  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the EYFS team and senior leadership
Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong classroom practice and good curriculum knowledge of KS2
  • A dynamic and passionate approach to teaching
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
  • Previous experience in UK classrooms or international teaching experience (welcome to apply!)
