This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexibility while ensuring you can make a significant contribution to our school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Foster a nurturing environment that supports children's emotional, social, and academic development.
  • Observe, assess, and record pupil progress, ensuring individual learning needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the EYFS team and other colleagues to share best practices and ideas.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on pupil progress.
  • Uphold and promote the Catholic ethos and values of the school.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Have experience in EYFS or a strong understanding of the Early Years framework.
  • Be a creative, compassionate, and dedicated educator who can inspire young learners.
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be committed to safeguarding and inclusive teaching practices.
