Job summary

Academics is seeking an EYFS Teacher to support a range of partner schools across the South Staffordshire region, specifically Cannock. You will deliver planning, teaching and assessment for Early Years in a temporary, flexible capacity.

The role requires QTS, strong classroom management and the ability to build relationships with staff, pupils and parents. DBS enhanced checks are part of safeguarding and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experienced EYFS teacher committed to supporting pupils in the very early stages of primary school journeys.
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong classroom management; establish clear routines and a calm classroom atmosphere.
• Passion for supporting pupils' academic and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Full teaching responsibilities for the Early Years.
• Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Framework.
• Planning responsibilities for longer-term roles.
• Create a positive and welcoming learning environment for all learners.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff and leadership.
