Are you a passionate and dedicated EYFS teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities in Solihull? Look no further! Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting supply teachers for a range of positions, including long-term, short-term, and daily bookings across schools in Solihull.

Location: Solihull
Position: EYFS Teacher
Type of work: Class Teacher
Contract or start date: ASAP
Duration: Daily / Long term
Contract type: Temporary
Full/Part time: Full time
Minimum rate of pay: Negotiable
Hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Mon – Fri (term time only)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Teaching: Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the EYFS curriculum, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
2. Assessment and Tracking: Regularly assess student progress and implement effective strategies to support both high-achieving students and those requiring additional support.
3. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that promotes student engagement and well-being.
4. Collaboration: Work alongside the EYFS team and other staff members to ensure consistency and high standards in teaching and learning.

Experience, Training, and Qualifications:

• QTS and Experience: It is essential that you have QTS and experience teaching in a school setting, either in a permanent or supply cover role.
• Safeguarding: Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative. If you haven’t completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months, Prospero Teaching can provide a free course.

Eligibility:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK.
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application.
• Provide two professional child-related references covering at least the last two years.
