About the Role:

• Designing and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework
• Observing, assessing, and supporting each child’s progress toward key developmental milestones

• Collaborating with teaching assistants, parents, and wider school staff to support holistic child development
• Building and maintaining open, supportive communication with families to ensure continuity of care and learning
