Job Title: EYFS Teacher
Location: Gainsborough
Salary: GBP130 GBP180 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term, Full-time / Part-time

Are you a nurturing and dedicated EYFS Teacher looking to support young learners at a crucial stage in their development?

GSL Education are currently seeking a passionate EYFS Teacher to join vibrant and inclusive early years settings in Gainsborough. This opportunity is perfect for educators with a love for working in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and shaping the foundations of learning for young children.

Role Overview:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will plan and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will create a stimulating, safe and supportive environment where children can grow in confidence and curiosity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lessons that support early development goals.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress against EYFS benchmarks.
  • Encourage language development, social interaction, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Work closely with parents and carers to support each child s individual needs.
  • Maintain a welcoming and well-organised learning space.

Requirements for EYFS Teacher:

  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with early years specialism or relevant experience.
  • A thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development.
  • A creative, patient, and energetic teaching style.
  • Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
