Location: Loughton
Daily Rate: £100 – £230 (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-time | Long-term | Term-time only

Your Role Will Include:

Planning and delivering engaging, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS Framework

Supporting each child's personal, social, emotional, and academic development

Observing, assessing, and tracking progress to inform next steps in learning

Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment

Working closely with parents and carers to build strong home-school relationships

You Will Need:

QTS or EYTS, with experience teaching in an Early Years setting

A caring, patient and nurturing approach

Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and early childhood development

A creative mindset and love for outdoor, sensory and child-led learning

A proactive and reflective teaching style
