Protocol Education is looking for nurturing, energetic, and creative EYFS Teaching Assistants to join welcoming nurseries and primary schools across Lewisham. If you're ready to step into a setting where learning is hands-on, joyful, and full of discovery – we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting children aged 3–5 in their early learning journey

• Encouraging development through play, stories, songs, and exploration

• Assisting with daily routines like outdoor play, group time, and snack/lunch

• Building trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families

• Helping create a safe, fun, and engaging early years environment

What You Bring:

• Experience in EYFS (nursery, preschool, or early primary)

• A fun, caring, and patient personality

• Understanding of the EYFS framework (desirable but not essential)

• A genuine passion for working with young children

• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
