Remedy Education is seeking an Early Years/SEN Teaching Assistant for an exceptional SEN Primary School in Harlow. You will provide tailored support to EYFS students with SEN, assist in IEPs, and help foster an inclusive classroom. The role starts ASAP and offers a supportive team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEN is desirable.
• Empathy and patience in student support.

Responsibilities

• Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to students with SEN.
• IEP Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Inclusive Environment: Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Holistic Development: Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
• Progress Monitoring: Track student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
• Classroom Management: Aid in maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment.
