EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Grange-Over-Sands

Position: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, ASAP Start, Long Term Ongoing

Are you an experienced Early Years teaching assistant seeking a new opportunity?

Do you have SEN experience?

Tradewind are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join a Primary School in Grange-over-Sands, working as a Teaching Assistant in their reception class supporting children with SEN. The role is full-time, five days a week, starting ASAP. Working hours are 8.30-3.30, with daily pay rates ranging from £89 to £99.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Support the classroom teacher in creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for young children.
2. Assist with planning and delivering engaging lessons.
3. Provide one-on-one support for children with SEN.
4. Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 qualification.
• Experience working with Early Years children.
• SEN experience is advantageous.
• Experience in a relevant classroom environment.
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional references.
• CV covering the last 10 years of employment where possible.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
