Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Reception (EYFS) Teacher for a primary school in Camden, NW5. The role is a temporary contract starting January 2027, full-time, 8:30–16:00, term-time. Open to NQT and experienced teachers with potential for contract extension or a permanent position based on performance.

Requirements include QTS or equivalent, at least 1 year EYFS UK experience, safeguarding training within the last year, and eligibility to work in the UK with an enhanced DBS. Daily rate is £170.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year EYFS teaching experience in the UK.
• Safeguarding training updated within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Planning, preparation and marking as a Reception EYFS teacher.
• Engaging with parents during parents' evenings.
• Delivering lessons 8:30 am - 4 pm, term time only.
