Job summary

REAch2 Academy Trust is seeking a passionate EYFS Practitioner to join our nursery team. You will deliver high-quality care and learning in line with EYFS, supporting early development for young children in a safe, nurturing environment.

The role requires Level 3 in Early Years, safeguarding knowledge, and excellent communication. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school team to ensure outstanding care and education.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Childcare (full and relevant qualification recognised in England).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, reliable, and professional approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning opportunities in line with the EYFS Framework.
• Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging activities and play experiences.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress, contributing to learning journals and development plans.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure the safety, welfare, and safeguarding of all children at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming nursery environment.
• Work collaboratively as part of the nursery team to provide the highest standards of care and education.
