Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that engage and challenge children within the EYFS framework.
  • Support children's development in all areas of the curriculum, including communication, literacy, numeracy, physical development, and personal, social, and emotional development.
  • Plan and prepare stimulating activities that foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Observe and assess children's progress regularly and use this information to inform next steps in planning.
  • Provide a caring, supportive, and inclusive environment that ensures each child feels valued and safe.
  • Work alongside the EYFS team to develop and implement new initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences.
  • Build positive relationships with parents, offering feedback and guidance to support learning at home.
  • Maintain a high standard of classroom management, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.
