St John’s CE Academy in Wantage, part of the Cambrian Learning Trust, seeks a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our warm, nurturing learning environment and contribute to our established practice. You will support the Early Years team across our all-through setting (2–16 years) with a focus on curiosity, creativity and discovery.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an Early Years team at an all-through school (2-16 Years) as part of the Cambrian Learning Trust. We believe in the importance of building strong relationships with families and the local community, to make our school a place of fascination and enjoyment for all children to learn and discover, whatever their needs and abilities.
You must be a highly motivated, passionate, and energetic practitioner, committed to ensuring children's progress in line with our curriculum and its drivers (curiosity, creativity and discovery).
