We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Leeds that is seeking a skilled EYFS Practitioner to join their Early Years team from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified early years specialist who is committed to creating a warm, stimulating, and structured environment where young children can thrive.

About the Role:

As an EYFS Practitioner, you will:

• Support the learning and development of children aged 3–5 in Nursery or Reception

• Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum

• Observe and assess children’s progress, keeping accurate records and contributing to reports

• Create a nurturing and safe learning space that promotes exploration and curiosity

• Work closely with the class teacher and EYFS team to support individual needs

• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and carers

What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant early years qualification (e.g. Level 3 in Childcare, EYTS, EYPS, or QTS)

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and early childhood development

• A warm, caring, and patient approach to working with young children

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Experience supporting children with SEND, EAL, or speech and language needs is desirable

• A genuine passion for early years education
