EYFS Practitioner – Nurture Young Minds in Cleveleys

Location:Cleveleys, Lancashire
Hours:Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Setting:Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) – Primary School/Nursery

Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you thrive in a playful, creative, and nurturing environment? We’re looking for a dedicatedEYFS Practitionerto join a welcoming early years setting in Cleveleys, where every day is an opportunity to inspire, support, and shape young learners.

As an EYFS Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children aged 3–5 in their early development. You’ll help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can explore, learn, and grow through play-based learning.

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support children’s personal, social, emotional, and educational development
  • Observe and assess progress, contributing to learning journals and reports
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and nurturing atmosphere
  • A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent)
  • Experience working in an EYFS setting (nursery or reception)
  • A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
