Job summary

Action Staffing LTD in London is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established nursery. You will provide high-quality care and education, supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.

The role requires a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (preferred), experience in a nursery, safeguarding knowledge, excellent communication and teamwork, and a willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator or Childcare qualification (preferred).
• Previous experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children.
• Support children's learning and development in line with EYFS.
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
• Plan engaging activities and observe/record progress.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
