Mini Malvern Nursery at The Downs Malvern is hiring Nursery Practitioners to care for children aged 6 months and up.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, open 8am–6pm, 49 weeks a year. Salary is £12.71–£14.04 per hour, with DBS checks and safeguarding a key part of the selection process.

You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to deliver high-quality early years education and a supportive, safe environment for young learners.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Early Years Education and practice.
• Ability to nurture and support children's development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Support youngest children and assist Nursery Manager to maintain high standards.
• Contribute to planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
• Ensure safeguarding and DBS checks as part of recruitment.
