Job summary

Carr Mill Primary School is seeking a Learning Assistant Level 3 to provide dedicated support within EYFS. The successful candidate will help build pupils' self-esteem, self-discipline and love of learning, underpinning progress in basic skills.

Experience in EYFS and an EYFS Level 3 qualification are required. Knowledge of supporting children with emotional, behavioural and physical difficulties would be advantageous; DBS checks and safeguarding are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within the EYFS and hold an appropriate EYFS Level 3 qualification.
• Knowledge/experience of working with children with emotional, behavioural and physical difficulties would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide support within EYFS and contribute to a caring, patient learning environment.
• Support pupils’ self-esteem, self-discipline and love of learning to underpin progress in basic skills.
