An innovative primary school in London is seeking an experienced EYFS Phase Leader to provide guidance to a dedicated team. We are looking for an experienced EYFS Phase Leader to guide our team of highly skilled teachers and support staff who work as part of an effective, compassionate and cohesive team. This position would suit an excellent practitioner with previous EYFS Leadership experience. As a Phase Leader you will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team, and work closely with the Headteacher to ensure the strategic mission, vision and values of the school continue to ensure an outstanding experience for all members of our community.
The post will involve facilitating high quality learning, working with subject leaders across the whole curriculum, to ensure effective and creative teaching and learning that meets the varied needs of all children in our nursery and reception classes.
