Job summary

Busy Bees is recruiting an Early Years Teacher in the UK. You will lead planning and delivery under the EYFS framework, observing and assessing key children and providing developmentally appropriate next steps.

You will mentor staff, contribute to curriculum development, and act as Key Person to support families with SEND/ASL needs. Based at our Basingstoke site, you will promote a safe, inclusive environment that nurtures children’s emotional and social development and celebrate their progress

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Extensive experience in an early years setting, ideally as Nursery Teacher or Early Years Teacher.
• Experience planning, observing, assessing and developing next steps in line with EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery with expert knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Take ownership of observation, assessments and planning for your key children.
• Mentor and guide team members and contribute to curriculum development.
• Aspire to be Key Person and support families with SEND/ASL needs.
