Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking an Early Years Teacher to drive high-quality learning across our UK centres. You will plan and deliver engaging EYFS activities, observe and assess children, and mentor fellow team members to ensure curriculum excellence.

Hold a QTS/EYTS/EYPS and bring extensive early years experience, with a passion for leadership and family engagement. Join a supportive organisation offering strong development, social impact, and colleagues who share a love of helping children

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS, EYTS or EYPS.
• Extensive experience in an early years setting.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery with expert knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments and planning for key children.
• Mentor and guide team members and contribute to curriculum development.
• Fulfill Key Person responsibilities and build strong parent relationships, including SEND/ASL support.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive environment supporting emotional and social development.
• Encourage and celebrate children’s development and achievements.
