Job Description:

Are you an experienced and passionate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) educator looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Lead Teacher to join our vibrant primary school in Hammersmith from April 2025. This is a permanent position with a TLR available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the EYFS team, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across the foundation stage.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that promotes the development of each child.
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and outside agencies to support the progress and well-being of all pupils.
• Drive curriculum development and implement innovative strategies to enhance children's learning experiences.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) with substantial EYFS experience.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with staff and parents.
