The St John Paul II Multi Academy is a highly successful Catholic Multi Academy encompassing twelve Primary Schools and two Secondary Schools. Our schools are based in the northern area of Birmingham.
The ethos of St John Paul II Multi Academy is Catholic and was founded by the Catholic Church to provide education for children of Catholic families. As a Catholic Multi Academy, we aim to provide a Catholic education for all our pupils. It is essential that the Catholic character of the school’s education be fully supported by all staff within the multi academy. We therefore hope that all staff will give their full, unreserved and positive support for the aims and ethos of the St John Paul II Multi Academy.

Plan, teach, assess and adapt learning in line with the EYFS Statutory Framework, ensuring children make strong progress across all areas of learning and development.
Assess, record and report on children's attainment, progress and wellbeing, using assessment to inform outstanding provision.
Create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes curiosity, independence and a love of learning.
Lead and develop the Early Years Foundation Stage, including curriculum design, monitoring standards, supporting colleagues and driving continuous improvement across the phase (TLR2a).
Ensure high-quality indoor and outdoor learning environments that reflect best practice in early years education.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, leaders and external agencies to secure the best outcomes for all children.
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
Contribute actively to the Catholic life and ethos of the school and participate fully in the wider school community.
If you are ready to make a meaningful impact in a school where faith, community and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do, we would love to hear from you.
