Job summary

Tormead School in Guildford is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support learning in EYFS and Key Stage 1. This fixed-term maternity cover runs from January 2027 to February 2028, Monday to Friday 7.30am–4.00pm during term time. You will work closely with the Class Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing environment and help pupils thrive.

A relevant qualification such as NVQ/CACHE Level 2/3 for Teaching Assistants is desirable, with willingness to progress in childcare and education.
