Someone who can build strong foundations in reading, writing and maths – but also knows that a well-timed high five, a well-read story, or a well-placed silly dance can work wonders too. • Communicating regularly with parents and carers to celebrate achievements and address concerns
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school, from assemblies and enrichment activities to curriculum development

  • A calm, consistent classroom presence, able to create a secure and stimulating environment
  • Strong understanding of early reading, phonics, writing and maths
  • Someone who believes that relationships, routines and kindness underpin every great lesson
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to contribute to the wider school community
