What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting the EYFS teacher in delivering daily routines, phonics, and early numeracy sessions
• Leading 1:1 and small group interventions in communication, social skills, and early learning
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and creativity through structured play and exploration
• Helping set up engaging learning areas and EYFS activities indoors and outdoors
• Assisting with behaviour management, learning journals, and child observations
• Supporting pupils with additional needs (SEN, EAL, SEMH) under teacher/SENCO guidance
