Job summary

Tower Supply seeks a Teaching Assistant for Blackpool EYFS (Reception) starting September 2026. The role is a 6-hour daily contract in a popular primary setting, with flexible work options and competitive weekly pay.

The candidate will support the class teacher and help foster a positive learning environment for early years. Applicants should have TA Level 2 or a teaching qualification and a current Enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one).

Qualifications

• Qualified TA status (level 2) or teaching qualification.
• Current Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in EYFS is desirable but not essential.

Teaching Assistant – Blackpool EYFS (Reception)

Teaching Assistant Required September 2026 – Blackpool EYFS (reception) general classroom TA. This role is on-going and starts in September 2026.

We are looking for a general classroom TA to work in an extremely popular primary school with a great ethos on the edge of Blackpool. This role is 6 hours a day and does not involve any SEN. Tower Supply are offering the best rates of pay, with no hidden fees or umbrella companies.

Responsibilities

• Assisting class teacher with the general running of the classroom
• Help to create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that is conducive to learning

Qualifications and Requirements

• Qualified TA Status (to at least level 2) or a teaching qualification
• You may have just qualified and are looking for your first role
• A current Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to undergo a DBS check through ourselves
