Job summary

N Family Club in Harborne, Birmingham is seeking an Education Manager to lead the nursery team, deliver outstanding early years education and maintain high standards of safeguarding and customer service.

You will work closely with the Nursery Manager, support the team with coaching and professional development, and step in as Manager in Charge when needed to ensure smooth daily operations and a nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding/child protection training required.
• Proven experience leading education within an EYFS setting and improving teaching quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate the quality of education using the N Curriculum and Pedagogy.
• Own SEND provision, identify needs and plan personalised support.
• Champion safeguarding and act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when needed.
• Observe teaching, coach in the moment and model outstanding delivery.
• Provide feedback, mentoring and development to the team.
• Support daily operational planning, routines and safe educational delivery.
