Job summary

N Family Club is recruiting an Education Manager in Stratford to lead high-quality early years education and support the Nursery Manager. You will guide a team of Educators to deliver excellent teaching, service and a strong team culture.

As an early years expert, you will drive teaching excellence, ensure safeguarding and compliance, and act as Manager in Charge in the Nursery Manager's absence, maintaining safety and operational delivery across the day.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a nursery leadership position (Deputy Manager/3rd in Charge/Nursery Manager).
• Proven EYFS education leadership experience, delivering strong or exceptional standards.
• Strong track record in raising teaching quality and coaching teams.
• Ability to inspire, challenge and support teams through growth and change.
• Background in leading consistent and exceptional customer service.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and commitment to remain compliant.
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training and willingness to update.

Responsibilities

• Lead, embed and elevate the quality of education through the N Curriculum and Pedagogy.
• Take full ownership of SEND provision, leading identification, assessment and personalised support planning.
• Champion safeguarding and wellbeing, acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead when needed.
• Observe teaching practice regularly, coach in the moment and role model outstanding delivery.
• Provide structured feedback, mentoring and 1:1 development for team growth.
• Champion development through mentoring, coaching, supervision using the N Academy.
• Support daily operational planning, routines, environments, ratios and rotas.
• Bring positivity, flexibility and passion to every aspect of the role.
