iStep Learning in Exeter is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to inspire children aged 3 months to 5 years. You’ll deliver high‑quality care and learning within the EYFS framework, planning engaging activities and observing progress.

• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
• Ability to plan imaginative, age-appropriate activities.
• Strong safeguarding awareness and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and learning experiences in line with EYFS.
• Plan and lead imaginative activities tailored to each child.
• Observe, assess and document development to plan next steps.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
