Responsibilities

• Create a warm, enabling environment that supports curiosity, independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and deliver high-quality teaching and continuous provision grounded in strong EYFS pedagogy.
• Use observation and assessment responsively to shape learning and next steps.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across school and the Medway Anglican Schools Trust to ensure coherence and consistency.
• Build positive relationships with families and communicate children’s progress clearly.
