Job summary

Bright Horizons Wish Park Day Nursery and Preschool in Hove is seeking a flexible practitioner to join our Bright Flex/Bank team. You will support colleagues in the delivery of the EYFS, engaging children in educational activities and helping them reach milestones, while contributing to daily tasks and room preparation.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones.
• Work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day‑to‑day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
