Stockport NHS Foundation Trust in Stockport is seeking a Ward Clerk for the Stepping Hill hospital's eye centre to support patients, relatives and the MDT and ensure a smooth patient journey.

You will organise workloads, handle filing and IT systems, answer queries in person and by phone, and assist with transport bookings and stock management, delivering a professional, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Good general education with Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
• ECDL or equivalent IT skills/experience.
• Experience in an administrative environment is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Filing, tracking and ordering medical case notes.
• Answering queries over the phone and in person.
• Assisting the multidisciplinary team with information requirements.
• Booking transport for appointments or discharge.
• Ordering office and ward supplies.
