Founded by EY, a professional services firm, we aim to ensure all young people eligible for Free School Meals have equitable employment and earnings potential. Your role as Communications Manager
A pivotal role to shape the charity’s nationwide impact. Reporting to the Director of Communication and Influence, you will manage a team of two specialists, oversee communication activities, and adapt strategies based on evaluation and technological developments.
The role involves developing communication plans, managing channels, creating content, supporting system change initiatives, and internal communications. You will also handle budgets, stakeholder relationships, and event delivery.
