Overview

Our client is searching for for a hands-on, people-focused Extrusion Team Leader to coordinate and lead a busy production team.

Schedule

This role is 4 days on 4 days off (weekends and nights included).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a shift team within the extrusion department
• Monitor production performance, safety, and quality against KPIs
• Act as the main point of contact during shift operations
• Root cause analysis
• Upskilling team members by identifying training needs
• Maintain accurate and timely completion of all production documentation
• Ensure a safe working environment through regular risk assessments
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience in CI
• 3+ years experience in a similar role
